I’m Charlotte Sophia, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I am a transformational life coach, spiritual guide, and ordained Priestess devoted to helping women reconnect with their power, embrace their authentic selves, and awaken the wild wisdom of their hearts. My work spans over a decade of guiding women through one-on-one mentorship, group experiences, and sacred ceremonies.

I believe in a world where every woman remembers her inherent worth, reclaims her sovereignty, and rises into the fullness of her being. This is soul work—an invitation to soften the shields around your heart, trust the innate wisdom within you, and step into a life that feels deeply aligned and true.

Through years of training with the Divine Feminine Mystery School, certification in the VITA™ method of coaching with Layla Martin, and my lived journey of transformation, I offer a holistic approach that integrates ancient wisdom with modern practices.

Why I do this Work

I know what it feels like to search for answers in all the places outside of yourself, only to discover that the truth has been within you all along. My story has been one of adventure, challenge, and deep healing—a journey from striving and burnout to remembering my worth, reclaiming my sovereignty, and reconnecting to the love at the core of who I am.

This path has taken me from sailing through the Caribbean and surviving a shipwreck on a deserted island to building successful businesses, only to realize that the real treasure I was seeking could never be found outside of me. I haven’t walked a conventional path. I didn’t marry or have children. I didn’t follow the corporate ladder or build a traditional career. That wasn’t my path in this lifetime. Instead, I’ve walked a path of trial by fire—a wisdom path—the journey of the wild, wise woman who lives just outside the village.

It’s this lived experience, combined with years of training and practice, that I bring to my work. I am devoted to supporting women in navigating their own heroine’s journey—unraveling the conditioning that has kept them small and reclaiming the truth of who they are.

From a young age, I felt a deep yearning to break free from the conventional path. At 18, I left England and embarked on a journey across the world, seeking something I couldn’t yet name. From waiting tables in foreign lands to sailing through the Caribbean and surviving a shipwreck on a deserted island, my outer adventures reflected my inner quest for meaning, freedom, and self-discovery.

Throughout my life, I have always followed the quiet pull of my heart—it has been my guiding compass, leading me to both profound challenges and the wisdom that only experience can bring. Each twist and turn of the journey has taught me the importance of trusting the unknown, listening to my intuition, and embracing the mysteries that unfold when we follow our soul’s deepest callings. These lessons became the foundation of the work I now share with others, guiding them to connect with their own inner compass and navigate their unique path with courage and authenticity.

the quest for freedom

Despite my bold and adventurous spirit, stepping into entrepreneurship and building a successful organic café and market brought with it years of striving that eventually led to burnout and disconnection. I realized that success, as the world defines it, wasn’t enough—I was searching for something deeper.

This breaking point became the catalyst for my greatest journey yet: an inner journey of healing, surrender, and the reclamation of my worth and sovereignty through reconnecting to my feminine essence. By embracing the teachings of the Divine Feminine and stepping fully into my sacred Priestess self, I was able to turn things around—not just for myself but also for the business.

In 2021, I sold the café as it thrived at its highest potential, passing it on to a beautiful couple who continue to nurture its legacy today. This chapter of my life became a profound reminder that when we do the inner work, align with our truth, and honor the sacred within us, transformation ripples into every aspect of our lives.

the breaking point

As I turned inward and embraced the teachings of the Divine Feminine through the 13 Moon Mystery School, I began to shed the layers of conditioning and reconnect with the forgotten parts of myself—the sensual, playful, wise, and deeply feminine aspects I had overlooked in my pursuit of proving my worth to the world.

Through this reconnection, I discovered the profound power of softness, the wisdom held within my body, and the liberation that comes from honoring my desires. This awakening not only transformed the way I live but also the way I guide others—rooted in the wholeness found in both strength and surrender, in both presence and flow.

For much of my life, I lived as a fiercely independent woman, striving to prove my worth through achievement and operating largely from my masculine energy. While this gave me resilience and drive, it often left me disconnected from my deeper truth and exhausted from the constant push. Reconnecting to my feminine essence showed me another way—one where strength and softness coexist, where I could lead from my heart and trust the flow of life rather than forcing it.
